This project aims to design a counter-based clock using digital logic circuits. The project involves implementing a large 7-segment display that accurately shows the time, including seconds. The design utilizes decade counter ICs and is simulated using Logisim for initial testing.

1. The clock must tick accurately once a second.

2. The display must be large and legible from a distance.

3. The clock should operate from the mains.

4. There must be a user-friendly way to set the time.

5. A beep should be emitted every 15 minutes as an additional feature.
